Recently, Fortune China simultaneously released the latest Global “Fortune” 500 List in the whole world and Shougang Group ranked the 431st with the revenue of 27,488.7 million dollars (about 185.8 billion yuan). This is the seventh time for Shougang Group being on the Global “Fortune” 500 List since its first entry in 2011.

Global “Fortune” 500 List has been the most famous and authoritative list of the world’s large companies and known as the “ultimate list” with the operating income and other business indicators of the company in the previous year as the main bases for assessment. It is generally recognized as the most authoritative assessment in the world’s business field, which is published once a year by the “Fortune” Magazine. The number of Chinese listed companies has increased for 15 consecutive years this year, reaching 120 and is close to that of the US (126) and far more than that of the third place Japan (52).
