Established on July 1^st, 2013, Beijing Shougang City Services Co., Ltd. (‘City Services Company’) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Shougang Group. It has its own wholly-owned subsidiary in Beijing Shougang Property Management Co., Ltd., as well as the holding company Beijing Shougang Landscaping Greening Co., Ltd. The Company was honored as an excellent group dinner brand of China and an ‘Internet+ Time’ excellent organization of national enterprise culture innovation in 2016.

The City Services Company can provide an all-round service security system which covers high-end property services, landscaping and greening design and construction, integrated passenger services, large-scale machinery and equipment rental services, high-end business reception, catering accommodation, industrial tourism, vacations, conference services, and warehousing and logistics services by virtue of its considerable technical strength and rich social resources, thereby meeting the service requirements of all sectors of society.

In June 2016, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organization Committee officially moved into Shougang Park. The City Services Company has since undertaken property, catering, transportation, security, sports facilities management, logistics supply, etc. for the Committee.
