Recently, the ship “Yongxing 61” carrying 2,312.96 tons of thin gauge medium plates set sail with sealed cabins, marking a new breakthrough in the direct loading of thin gauge medium plates onto trucks and ships at the finished product terminal of the Jingtang Company.

In the fourth quarter, driven by implementing the spirit of the Group’s Exchange Meeting on “Innovation, Excellence and Entrepreneurship”, Jingtang’s Transportation Department closely focused on the overall business and production situation, and tackled key issues in the process of the direct loading of medium plates onto trucks and ships, achieving the efficient operation of production, sales and transportation. According to shipping orders for medium plates, the Transportation Department and Sales Management Department analyzed the product gauges in advance and made a shipping plan for batches of products with the same gauges. It cooperated with the Medium Plate Division to organize the three-layer stacking and loading of thin gauge medium plates with a single weight of 4–5 tons according to the order requirements, laying a good foundation for subsequent loading operations. At the same time, the port operation area of the Transportation Department reasonably coordinated with ship loading, strengthened field operation control and effectively ensured smooth and stable loading operations.

The successful application of this new technology for the direct loading of thin gauge medium plates onto trucks and ships will further increase the direct loading proportion of the Company’s finished products, reduce its logistics and transportation costs, and enhance its market competitiveness.
