Recently, the 36th Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements and 2022 Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements were released, and Shougang was awarded with 28 Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements (including three Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements). The Shougang Group was also awarded the title "Excellent Organizational Unit of the 2022 Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements".

At the Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Awards, Shougang won first prize for 11 achievements: the Group's Innovation and Practice of the Digital Transformation of Group Management and Control Business, Research and Application of Management Accounting based on the Combination of Business Experience and Financial Management, Construction and Implementation of the Overseas Investment Management and Control System of State-owned Enterprises, and Implementing Whole-process Tracking Audit to Help Run the Olympic Games Incorruptibly; Beijing Shougang's Exploration and Practice of Iron and Steel Enterprises in Refined Environmental Protection Management based on Ultra-low Emissions; Shougang Jingtang's Exploration and Practice of the "Trinity" Party Building Evaluation System to Help the High-quality Development of Enterprises (which also won first prize in the 2022 Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements); Shougang Mining's Exploration and Practice of Building an Industry Benchmark based on Smart Mine Construction; Shougang Gitane's "Six-in-One" Coordinated Development of New Material Enterprises with the Goal of Enhancing Brand Value; Shougang LanzaTech's Construction and Implementation of an Efficient Management System Led by Scientific and Technological Innovation; Shougang Park Sports Center's Innovation and Practice of Building a National Sports Industry Demonstration Zone in an Urban Old Industrial Area; and Shougang Construction's Construction of a Fine-grained Auditing System with Two-way Integration at the Core. Shougang also won second prize for 17 achievements: the Group's Implementation of a Listing Supervision Management System based on Customer Quality Satisfaction, Innovation and Practice of Fixed Asset Compliance Management in Iron and Steel Enterprises, Innovation and Implementation of Enterprise Essential Safety Management, Innovation and Practice of the Standardized Operation of the Board of Directors of State-owned Enterprises, and Information Management Practice of Fund Management and Control in Group-oriented Enterprises; Beijing Shougang's Innovation and Practice of the Labor Organization Management Mode based on "Important Posts", Construction and Implementation of a Big Data Analysis System for Equipment Management in Iron and Steel Enterprises, Innovation and Practice of the Transformation and Upgrading Management of State-owned Enterprises, and Constructing a "Harmonious Team" Training System with Positive Psychology Concepts to Promote the High-quality Development of Enterprises (which also won second prize in the 2022 Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements); Shougang Jingtang's Exploration and Practice of Iron and Steel Enterprises in an Industrial Chain with the "One Body and Multiple Wings" Coupling Mode, and Management Practice of Constructing an Accurate Delivery System of Logistics based on End-customer Demand; Shougang Mining's Exploration and Practice of Creating Industrial Influential Culture (which also won second prize in the 2022 Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements); Shougang Equity Investment's Innovation and Practice of State-owned Investment Companies in Constructing a Duty Performance System of Full-time Directors and Supervisors, and Construction and Implementation of an "Accounts Receivable and Inventory" Management and Control System for the Equity Platform; Shougang Construction's Refined Project Management of Architectural Construction Enterprises Aiming at Digital Transformation and Construction and Implementation of a Lean Management and Control System for Production Resource Procurement in Construction Enterprises; and Shougang Machinery & Electric's Practice and Innovation of Promoting Management Efficiency by Deepening the Application of Benchmarking in Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises.

Reportedly, a total of 341 declared achievements were examined and approved for the 36th Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements, including 111 first prizes, 230 second prizes and 14 outstanding organizational units, while a total of 31 declared achievements were examined and approved for the 2022 Beijing Outstanding Enterprise Culture Achievements, including six special prizes, eight first prizes and 17 second prizes.
