On March 21st, the opening ceremony of the 2023 Shougang Group Young Technology Innovation Talents Training Class was held at the Shougang Institute of Technology, with a mobilization speech by Group leader Qiu Yinfu. The ceremony was attended by the relevant responsible officers of the Group’s Party Committee Organization Department and Talent Development Institute, as well as 50 employees from various units.

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, this training class closely combines the requirements of the Group's technological talent team construction and focuses on Shougang's innovative development strategy in order to train technical innovation talents with a high level of innovative theory, strong practical ability in innovation, innovative thinking ability, team leading ability and high development potential. At this important moment when the staff of the Group is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and striving to make a good start in the first quarter, holding this training class for young technological innovation talents is an important arrangement of the Shougang Party Committee which is based in the present while focused on the future.

Qiu Yinfu emphasized that the trainees should thoroughly understand the intentions of the Party Committee, devote themselves to their forthcoming study and training, complete the learning tasks with high standards and quality, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of Shougang. Combined with the learning contents of this training class, Qiu Yinfu put forward three requirements. First, the trainees must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, improve their political position, identify their work orientation and strengthen their sense of mission and responsibility. Second, trainees must concentrate on learning, improve their skills and contribute to Shougang. Third, the trainees should strengthen the cultivation of their work style and study style to ensure the effectiveness of the learning and training.

At the opening ceremony, the relevant officer of the Talent Development Institute introduced the Teaching Plan for the 2023 Shougang Group Young Technology Innovation Talents Training Class, and the trainee representatives made statements.
