On March 10th, the unveiling ceremony was held for the pilot of Shougang Group's Employee Health Station, the Shougang Construction Corporation Employee Health Station, and presided over by Group leader Qiu Yinfu. The activity was attended by the leaders of the Party committees and trade unions of the relevant units, including the Group's trade union, Shougang Construction Corporation, Shouyi Medical Health Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Shougang Hospital.

Shougang Group is one of the first 50 pilot units in China to improve the quality of life of its employees and create happy enterprises. The pilot construction of the Shougang Construction Corporation Employee Health Station is an important part of building the Shougang Employee Health Guard Platform, and its unveiling marks that Shougang Group has reached a new level in improving the quality of life of its employees. Dedicated to cultivating health management doctors around employees, the Shougang Construction Corporation Employee Health Station is composed of five links: health examinations for employees, health consultation, dynamic health screening, health knowledge lectures and green channels for medical treatment.

Qiu Yinfu emphasized that all units should conscientiously implement the overall deployment of the Group's three-year plan to improve the quality of life of employees, take the needs of employees as the guide, build health guards around employees, realize the operation mode of double stations for employees' physical health and psychological care, and build warmer and more caring all-round services for employees. First, it is necessary to strengthen the organization and leadership of the construction of the Shougang Employee Health Guard Platform and improve the organizational guarantee; second, it is necessary to make greater efforts to promote the key tasks of improving the quality of life of employees; and third, it is necessary to adhere to the combination of leadership in trade unions and multi-party coordination, and gather all forces to build a strong service system.

At the meeting, the head of the Shougang Construction Corporation introduced the pilot construction of the Shougang Construction Corporation Employee Health Station; the person in charge of Shouyi Medical made a statement on the construction of the Shougang Employee Health Guard Platform; the trade union of the Group deployed the Shougang Employee Health Guard Platform and the pilot construction of the health station to comprehensively promote the work; and experts from Shougang Hospital gave lectures on health knowledge to employees.

The Shougang Construction Corporation Employee Health Station currently includes three contents: health consultation, dynamic health screening and health knowledge lectures. The function of health consultation is to purchase social services through trade unions, hire retired medical staff of Shougang Hospital to provide consultation and solve health problems for employees in real time, and enhance employees' awareness of health management to constantly develop a healthy lifestyle; the function of dynamic health screening is to dynamically track the daily health management and main physical indicators of employees on the basis of annual physical examinations through the real-time detection function of the integrated health screening machine, thereby realizing pre-illness intervention and preventing the occurrence of serious illnesses; and the function of health knowledge lectures is to invite experts and scholars from Shougang Hospital and social medical resources to give frequent small-scale health knowledge lectures at the health station, then upload them to the Shougang Friends app to form a health knowledge lecture cluster which is exclusive to Shougang’s employees.
