On October 26^th, the graduation ceremony of the 2022 Training Course for Young and Middle-aged Leaders of Shougang was held. It was attended by Qiu Yinfu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of the Shougang Group Trade Union, leaders of the Organization Department of the Party Committee and Talent Development Institute of the Group, 2022 Training Course graduates and key teachers of the Talent Development Institute. At the ceremony, Zingler Jizigle, the representative of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, preached the spirit of the Congress and shared her feelings about participating in the event.

Since the 2022 Training Course for Young and Middle-aged Leaders of Shougang started on September 1^st, 50 trainees completed four units of study and training in two months: “Political Literacy and Party Spirit Cultivation”, “Leadership Improvement”, “Shougang Strategy and Management” and “Summary and Graduation”. By studying intensively in the Party School, the students consolidated their ideological foundations, exercised the Party spirit, tempered their work style, improved their abilities, established friendships, made substantial gains, strengthened their confidence, enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission, and further deepened their determination and confidence to actively promote the high-quality development of Shougang.

On behalf of the Group Party Committee, Qiu Yinfu congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of this special training course and thanked the staff of the Organization Department and Talent Development Institute for their blood and sweat, as well as the work done by relevant units and departments. He stressed that it is necessary to learn, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, consciously be a firm believer and loyal practitioner of the Party’s innovative theory, take the lead in learning, preaching and practicing, and effectively transform learning outcomes into working results; practice hard to master high-level skills, take the initiative to act, consciously assume a vanguard and exemplary role, brace the heart and forge ahead; have the courage to be confident and independent, persist in making innovations on the basis of tradition and consciously become the new force and vanguard laying a solid foundation for Shougang’s high-quality development. 

At the graduation ceremony, the participating leaders, training course students and key teachers of the Talent Development Institute watched the feature film documentary on the 2022 Training Course for Young and Middle-aged Leaders of Shougang; the leaders of the Talent Development Institute made a summary report on running the school and announced the Decision on Commending Advanced Party Groups, Outstanding Student Cadres and Excellent Students in the 2022 Training Course for Young and Middle-aged Leaders of Shougang; and the participating leaders presented the trainees with certificates of completion and certificates of honor.
