A few days ago, the results of the selection of advanced units and individuals in the Fifth Iron & Steel Industry Education and Training Work were announced, and the Shougang Group and its subordinate units and individuals were commended. Among them, Shougang Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Shougang, Jingtang, Shougang Mining, Changzhi Iron & Steel, Tonggang, Shougang Park Comprehensive Service and Shougang Industrial won the title of “Advanced Unit of Education and Training in the Iron & Steel Industry”. Duan Hongtao from the Shougang Institute of Talent Development and Zhao Hairui from Beijing Shougang won the “Advanced Individual of Education and Training in the Iron & Steel Industry - Outstanding Contribution Award”. Fourteen people, including Lu Manxiong from the Human Resources Department of the Shougang Group, won the title “Advanced Individual of Education and Training in the Iron & Steel Industry”. The Shougang Institute of Talent Development won the title “Advanced Unit of Education and Training in the Iron & Steel Industry - Most Influential Education and Training Institution”.

The advanced selection of education and training in the iron & steel industry has been held every three years since 2008, playing a leading and exemplary role in training throughout the whole industry. The Shougang Group has won the title “Advanced Unit of Education and Training in the Iron & Steel Industry” for four consecutive terms.
