Photovoltaic support is mainly used to fix solar cell modules, which requires high corrosion resistance and fastness. Wang Yuming of the Biotech Office of Quality Supervision Department set up a research team with members such as Wang Wei and Liu Yang, the technical backbone of the Steel Rolling Analysis Center, putting forward the use of acid-alkali resistance, and making a spraying and de-plating device. Through this device, the sample production efficiency has been greatly improved, and the spraying and de-plating effect is now well guaranteed. The efficiency of the improved manual batch detection method increased by nearly 4 times, and the X-ray fluorescence batch test instrument was realized, which laid a foundation for high quality and efficient product inspection.
