Recently, the first vertical-cycling bicycle garage independently developed and manufactured by Shougang Chengyun was installed on the spot as a special support facility of Beijing's first bicycle road to realize on-line operation and effectively control the chaos of bicycle parking around the metro.

Huilongguan-Shangdi Bicycle Road is the first demonstration project of the bicycle road in Beijing. It is a high-grade bicycle road which can effectively alleviate traffic congestion between the two places. On the day of trial operation of the special road, the reporter came to the road and bridge around Huilongguan Metro Station and saw the bicycle parking facilities of the first vertical circular three-dimensional parking garage in China and the double-deck parking rack independently developed and manufactured by Shougang Chengyun. The garages were set at each entrance and exit of the special road and attracted a large number of people to try them out and experience them. The parking facilities can park around 5,000 bicycles.

The vertical circular three-dimensional parking garage is a new type of bicycle storage facility which adopts a sedan car design to unify bicycles, making it more convenient to allocate and install bicycles. The inside of the garage adopts the operation mode similar to that of Ferris wheel. The garage has the advantages of a small occupation area, high utilization rate, stable operation, simple maintenance and convenient and safe storage and retrieval, with a total of 650 parking spaces. In order to maximize the convenience for the public, the operation mode adopts the "fool" operation, and the automatic storage and retrieval of vehicles can be realized by a QR code. At the same time, the garage is equipped with infrared detection, a voice alarm, remote monitoring and other security systems to prevent people and objects from entering the working area when the equipment is running.

The double-deck parking rack is composed of two modes, one is horizontal to track movement and the other is vertical elevation. The bicycle parking space is smaller and the frame arrangement is flexible. The angle of the frame can be adjusted according to the site conditions to meet the requirements of the width of the passage and the utilization rate of the site is fully improved. The parking rack provides a total of 4,080 parking spaces. The double-deck parking rack is made of aluminium alloy and has been tested more than 5,000 times. It is not only beautiful, corrosion-resistant and in high strength, but it is also light in push and pull. It is easy to operate and can be easily used by citizens of all ages.
