On July 21, Qinhuangdao Shougang Racing Valley Project was officially launched in Shouqin Park. Zhang Gongyan pointed out that 2019 is the 100th anniversary of Shougang’s founding. We should take this time node as a coordinate, unite as one and strive hard to let this hot land of iron and fire burn out new entrepreneurial passion and cast glory and dream.

Zheng Sifa said, “The Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of Tsinghua University will deepen cooperation with Shouqin Company in the fields of smart cars and cities, design, development, testing and verification of high-performance cars, and become the link among the production, education and research of Shougang Racing Valley. Feng Zhiyong said, “The official launch of the Shougang Racing Valley Project in Qinhuangdao is a model for Shougang to implement the strategic transformation of Shouqin Company, and it is even a milestone event for Qinhuangdao City to build an international city and a world-class tourist city. Zhan Guojun pointed out that he hopes Shougang Racing Valley can base itself on Qinhuangdao, look around the world, introduce high-quality international racing resources and projects, and form a high-end motor sports industrial park that integrates science, education, research, development, and manufacturing to create a benchmark for China’s automobile sports industry cluster and help China’s automobile movement develop.

On the 21st day, the 33rd Hong Kong-Beijing Rally in Qinhuangdao Shougang Race officially closed. Car racing and motorcycle carried out human-car interaction. “Dragon swaying its tail,” “bicycle drifting into storage,” “car single wheel driving” and fixed-point drift rotation…” Audience’s cheering and racing engine roar have been intertwined with full speed and passion charm. The leaders and guests watched the car stunts and racetrack touring together.
