Recently,Shougang Resources Company’s recycled products from construction waste are being applied to Shougang Park Facility Project, Regional Project of Qunming Hubei Road, which is expected to supply 32,000 tons of materials. Through careful preparation and efficient organization, about 16,000 tons of materials have been completely provided now. After the application of Shougang Resources Company’s recycled products from construction waste to key projects like Chang’an Avenue West Extension and Guba Road in Fangshan District, these products are once again applied to the paving project of base construction of urban roads.

Regional Project of Qunming Hubei Road including Wuyi Theater and 7 roads around is 7,000 meters in total. At present, the basic layer of five roads has been laid more than 3,000 meters. The paving tasks of Dianchang Road and part of Xihuanchang Road were completed a few days ago.

Shougang Resources Company can effectively remove waste metal, waste wood, waste plastics, waste fabrics and other debris from construction waste through 4 processes of the construction waste recycling production lines and recover muck, and finally get recycled aggregate products of different specifications through 2 crushing processes and 3 screening processes. The recycled aggregate products can be used as an alternative to natural sandstone in concrete mixing plants, premixed dry mortar and inorganic mixtures, bricks and blocks for road use and other fields. Recycled products from construction waste like inorganic mixtures, concrete, PC bricks, mortar and others pass the third parties tests and their quality meets the standard requirements. Recently, Shougang Resources Company was awarded “National Demonstration Enterprise on Solid Waste Resourcing” for 2017 to 2018 by the Building Solid Waste Utilization Branch of China Aggregates Association.

In view of the actual situation of the large output ratio of construction waste of brick and tile in old city transformation, Shougang has fully utilized the advantages of technology research and development, combined with the high-water absorption of recycled tile products with many fine pores, Shougang Resources Company has developed the brick-concrete-structured recycled inorganic material application technology and gained recycled products that meet application requirements on mechanics and durability and conform to the regulatory requirements through the test results of Beijing Municipal Engineering Research Institute.
