Accelerate municipal infrastructure construction

Accelerate the infrastructure construction in accordance with the requirements of the Group to comprehensively accelerate the road construction in the north district. The Chang’an Street West Extension Project through the Shougang Park has been completed. The Yongding River Crossing Bridge connecting Shijingshan and Mentougou will also be completed next year. By then the cross-river bridge with the largest span, the highest height and the highest difficulty in Beijing will be perfectly unveiled; the east side of the drying pool is connected to the whole line; the Xiuchi West Road and the Xiuchi South Street have reached the passing conditions; the surrounding roads of the desulfurization workshop and the road plans around the Wuyi Theater and the milling workshop have been approved by the Municipal Commission for City Planning and Land Resources Management, and the alignment work has been completed, which will form a criss-cross road grid; other infrastructure constructions such as heating, electricity, communications, and transportation have also achieved remarkable results, and the carrying capacity has been significantly enhanced.

Significant progress in investment operation and industrial development

Shougang Beijing Park develops and builds an emerging urban industrial community featuring cross-border integration and innovation, and promotes the development of high-tech industries. At present, Shougang Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is developing investment operation and industrial development with high standards.

In terms of investment operation, substantial progress has been made in the investment operation of construction projects. Tencent and Starbucks projects have been implemented, and companies such as Anta, IDG and Bank of China have entered the contract signing phase; the cooperation project with Tishman Speyer has entered the stage of substantive cooperation, and intensively docked enterprises and institutions of science and technology, culture and sports industry chain, and integrated the innovative ecological system. At the same time, it will connect with China Digital Union, Zhongguancun Industry Alliance Promotion Association, Zhongguancun Frontier Technology and Industrial Service Alliance, and promote the Shougang Park through cooperation in various aspects such as enterprise docking and industry activities.

In terms of operations, we fully cooperated with the Organizing Committee for the Winter Olympic Games in the service guarantee work, organized the park service company to establish equipment and furniture accounts, and reorganized the work flow with the Organizing Committee for the Winter Olympic Games to establish a monthly meeting system. To complete the winter training center operation plan, and sign a lease agreement with the winter training center; curling, figure skating, speed skating training venues and shifting dormitories are put into operation to ensure the national team’s training needs and preparations for the venue market operation; cooperate with international brand hotel operation companies to sign pre-consultation operation agreement.

In terms of industrial development, high-standard industrial planning is made to target at the development direction of the 5.0 version of the “industrial block” form, and clarify the industrial system of “three industries, three kinds of industrial ecology and one community”, which has been recognized by the main members of the new Shougang leading group. To actively construct the park ecology and initially complete the work plan for the sports industry demonstration zone and the free trade zone, we will cooperate with Chinese Curling Association, Champion Sports, and Dianfeng Changyou to negotiate venue operations and hold international events in the field of “Sports +”; in the field of digital intelligence, we will cooperate with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to build a digital intelligent industrial park to build an artificial intelligence service platform; cooperate with Baidu, Huawei, and Tencent to promote artificial intelligence applications, build a smart park, and cooperate with Ali and JD to deploy new retail; as for the cultural field, we will discuss cultural performances and special gifts with the Palace Museum and the National Centre for the Performing Arts, and negotiate cooperation with the institutions such as Dobe and Guoben. In the international talent community, we will form strategic cooperation with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to launch comprehensive cooperation in joint research and development, creative design, and hotel operations, and plan to jointly hold the “Belt and Road” Youth Leadership Forum this year.
