Through the review of the Review Committee of the National Excellent Construction Enterprises, 543 enterprises in the country were evaluated as the “National excellent Construction Enterprises” in 2017, among which 18 enterprises in the metallurgical construction industry were on the list including Beijing Shougang Construction Group Co., Ltd., who has obtained this honorary title for 11 consecutive years.

The evaluation and selection of “National excellent Construction Enterprises” organized and implemented by China Association of Construction Enterprise Management and reviewed by the Review Committee of the National Excellent Construction Enterprises, is carried out once a year to encourage advanced construction enterprises to set an example and play a leading role in typical demonstration. Economic and social benefits, operation and management of listed enterprises represent the domestic advanced level of the same industry. Founded in 1956, Beijing Shougang Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Shougang Construction Group for short) has had a development history of over 60 years so far. As one of the first batch of Chinese engineering construction social credit AAA-class enterprises, it has been awarded the title of “National Excellent Construction Enterprise” for 11 consecutive years and won the title of “Beijing Municipal Honesty Enterprise” for 9 consecutive years. It was recognized as the “National Assembly Housing Industry Base” in November 2017. Being a municipal technology center and a patent pilot enterprise in Beijing, it has the Class-A qualification of metallurgical industry, the Class-B qualification of the Construction industry (construction engineering) and architectural and decorative special Class-A design qualification.
