Recently, Shougang Soly Company and Xinjiang Zijin Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. have successfully signed a contract. The self-developed GPS mining car intelligent dispatching system of Shougang Mining Corporation has entered the lead and zinc industry for the first time.

Since the implementation of the first external market GPS mine vehicle intelligent dispatching system project in 2007, SINO SLS has always focused on the goal of “strengthening technical products and building the Shougang brand”, insisting on independent research and development and continuous improvement of system functions. From the earliest digital radio station to MESH communication, then to the current 4GTD-LTE multi-base station networking mode, the goal of large capacity and high bandwidth is realized, and the expansibility of the system is enhanced. Through several upgrades of the whole system, not only the main production equipment of the stope, such as mine cars and shovels, can be controlled, but also all-round real-time monitoring and scheduling of auxiliary equipment. The system has been implemented in more than 20 mines at home and abroad. In recent years after two coal mines settled in Xinjiang, it entered the Xinjiang market again.  Xinjiang Zijin Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. is a large-scale and low-grade lead and zinc mine at home. The contract signed this time covers the overall design of the intelligent dispatching system for the whole mining car, the supply of hardware, and the turnkey project for software debugging. Shougang Soly Company will provide the fifth generation intelligent terminal to build a management platform for optimizing production organization, increasing production, reducing fuel consumption, and improving the level of traffic safety for users.
