Recently, Shougang Donghua Company has successfully won the bidding of the project to export a batch of belt conveyors to India.

“At present, Shougang Donghua Company’s belt conveyors have been exported to over 10 countries including India, Iran, Malaysia and Brazil, and supplied to nearly 100 domestic enterprises.” Zhang Jianbo, the manager of Belt Conveyor Equipment Company of Donghua Company introduces that Donghua Company, which has engaged in the production of series products of belt conveyor for more than 20 years, is among the top 10 professional belt conveyor production plants in China and the only professional one in Shougang.

In order to develop this new kind of product, Donghua Conveyor Equipment Company specially set up a research group and finally developed the microcrystalline wear-resistant and anti-corrosion roller after five months of repeated trial-manufacture and more than 200 times of test, obtaining “National Certificate of Utility Model Patent.” The product has been used in the Indian project and the complete set of Jingtang choking equipment, and provided Tangshan Meijin, Qinghai Damei, Qinghai Salt Lake Coal Chemical and Ansteel Coke Chemical with a large amount of spare parts. The high-quality products and good services have been well received by users at home and abroad.

According to the introduction, belt conveyor, mainly including pipe belt conveyor, large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, extensible belt conveyor, automatic hydraulic deviation-correcting device, microcrystalline wear-resistant and anti-corrosion composite roller, tubular belt machine and other high-tech products, has been one of the three major strategic products of Donghua Company and some of the products have filled in the gap in China. They have been widely used in mine, metallurgy, coal, electricity, chemicals, building materials, ports and other industries.
