Recently, “Investorscn.com·2017 China Equity Investment Annual Summit” was held in Beijing, co-hosted by Investorscn.com, the Venture Capital Professional Committee of China Association for Promotion of Science & Technology and Finance, and Shenzhen Venture Capital Association. The “List of 2017 China Equity Investment Annual Summit” was unveiled at the same time, and Shougang Fund was awarded the “Top 10 Best Private Equity Investment Institutions for 2017 in the Massive Health Sector”.

Health is the eternal pursuit of mankind. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major deployment of implementing China’s health strategy, stressed that “people’s health is an important symbol of prosperity of the nation and the country” and made definite requirements for improving the national health policy, and deepening the reform of the medical and health system and other aspects. Favorable policies such as the national top-level design and the health strategy in China have spurred vigorous development in the medical investment field. The massive health market has great prospects, which is also the original reason why Shougang Fund set up Shouyi Health Care, a medical investment platform with China Life Insurance and other strategic partners. In 2017, Shouyi Health Care made remarkable achievements and Shougang Fund made every effort to support the development of Shouyi.

In 2017, Shouyi Health Care fully took advantages of capital and medical resources, formally restructured and reformed Shuigang Hospital in May and built it into a top-three hospital with “specialized departments and combined departments,” injecting new vitality into its development. Focusing on hospitals run by state-owned enterprises, Shouyi Health Care served the community and the public through the injection of marketization operation mechanism and refined management, as well as better improved its service level and solved the problems like expensive medical treatment through reorganization and integration. Meanwhile, through the co-ordination and operation of capital, it realized the capital market value exploration.
