His innovative design of Shougang second-generation steel residential products have been applied in construction projects. Among them, such designs have been for the first time used in the domestic steel structure residence as steel frame anti-buckling steel plate shear wall, weathering steel, laminated floor, prefabricated balcony, prefabricated stair, the innovative anti-seismic flexible connection between external wall panel and main steel structure. Approved by the professional company, the design has achieved the green 3-star international residential certification, providing the first demonstration for the green residential development in China.

Female expert in information building, never stop intelligent innovation

Cui Fengling: the chief designer of the Transmission Division of Shougang Automation Information Technology Co., Ltd. She works hard in the front line and keeps innovating. In the relocation project of Jingtang No. 2 aluminum-zinc line, she independently researched and developed the new process control system, gained two patents for inventions and one software copyright, achieving the stable operation of the production line. Technical indicators have reached the international advanced level and the resulting yield reaches 15,198,000 yuan. As the technical director of the relocation project of 3,500mm heavy and medium slab production line, she overcame the problems of outdated equipment and incomplete information, compiled functional modules and conducted simulation tests to form a domestic advanced slab production control system with complete intellectual property rights, which filled Shougang’s blank in this field and made new contribution to intelligent manufacturing.
