Recently, Shougang Group signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Beijing Xicheng District People's Government. The signing ceremony was attended by Lu Yingchuan, Secretary of Xicheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China, Wang Shaofeng, Deputy Secretary of Xicheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China and Xicheng District Mayor, Sun Shuo, member of District Party Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Jiang Liguang, member of District Party Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Wu Xiangyang, member of District Party Standing Committee and District Office Director, and Shougang Group leaders Jin Wei, Zhang Gongyan, Bai Xin and Gu Zhangfei, as well as  persons responsible for related units of both sides.

Lu Yingchuan said that Shougang Group is a large diversified business group and that the cooperation between Shougang Group and Xicheng District People's Government could promote mutual development. The signing of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement could provide opportunities for both sides to give full play to their advantages and achieve common progress. Xicheng District People's Government will implement the agreement strictly, create favorable conditions to help and support the transformation and development of Shougang Group. He hoped that the two sides could establish a more extensive and in-depth relationship and achieve win-win results via close cooperation and joint efforts.

Jin Wei expressed thanks to Xicheng District People's Government for the support to Shougang Group in his speech. He said that the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement was an important opportunity to the transformation of Shougang Group and marked a new stage of cooperation between the two sides. Shougang Group would fully implement all items in the agreement and conduct sincere cooperation with Xicheng District People's Government. Taking advantage of the agreement, the group will focus on the implementation of detailed items, and make its own contribution to the development of Beijing and Xicheng District by providing the most quality, considerate and meticulous services.

Zhang Gongyan and Wang Shaofeng, representing two sides, signed the “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement”.

The leaders from two sides had a discussion to exchange views before the signing ceremony.
