At the beginning of this year, Beijing Shougang Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. received a batch of foreign orders of manufacturing rollers with “SMS” technology. The foreign customers required that all products should be equipped with imported bearing seals of5 specifications and 152 sets within an effective duration of less than three months. To this end, the company developed a technology-centered manufacturing process to ensure the synergy between processing, manufacturing, inspection and import trade organizations, thus delivering new technology products in accordance with the contract, and being praised by customers for its excellent product quality inspection report.
