Recently, 11 member units of Shougang Group received a congratulatory letter from Shijingshan Tax Bureau, which congratulated them on their obtaining tax-paying credit Grade A successively in the three tax years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The 11 units are: Beijing Shougang Automation Information Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chengxin Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd., Beijing S hougang Refractory & Metallurgical Burden Co., Ltd., Electromechanical Plant of Beijing Shougang Electromechanical Co., Ltd., Complete Electromechanical Equipment Branch of Beijing Shougang Electromechanical Co., Ltd., Beijing Chenxu Property Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Shougang Property Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Shou gang Gitane New Material Co., Ltd., Beijing Enterprise Reform and Management Magazine (Shougang Media Center), Beijing Shougang Construction Equipment Maintenance Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shougang New Steel Union Technology and Trade Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement issued by the State Administration of Taxation (No. 40 of 2014) concerning the publication of the “Measures for the Administration of Tax Payment Credit (trial)”, the tax authorities shall give incentives to taxpayers whose tax-paying credit is assessed as Grade A, including: announcement to the society; average taxpayer can receive 3 months of VAT invoice amount once, need to adjust VAT invoice amount to handle instantly; receive ordinary invoice according to need; taxpayer whose tax-paying credit is assessed as Grade A for 3 successive years enjoys green channel or special personnel help deal with tax-related matters. According to the announcement issued by the Beijing Municipal State Taxation Bureau on the “Measures for the Classification and Grading of Value-added Tax Invoices” (No. 8 of 2018), Grade-A taxpayers shall supply invoices on demand in the examination and approval of special value-added tax invoices, and immediately complete them. There is no need for prior examination.
