Lately, A500+S32250/31803 shipbuilding duplex stainless steel hot-rolled composite plate, which is produced by Qinhuangdao Shouqin Steel Processing & Distribution Co., Ltd., passed the certification test organized by Bureau Veritas (BV). This meant Shouqin was permitted to enter the high-class chemical cargo ship building market, and made it one of the two duplex stainless steel composite plate manufacturers of China.

With strong rigidity and corrosion resistance, the use of duplex stainless steel can help reduce the shipbuilding cost, lessen the ship weight and lower the fuel consumption. It can be said to be an “upstart” chemical cargo ship building.
